We focus on modern shipbuild, other engineering projects and their through life needs. This is the Ship factory discribed as the shipyard for the 21st century. We can now realize that potential by building ships along with other marine and land based projects effeciently in a viable modern green way and enviroment, the 21st Century way of making, modernizing, maintaining ships and servicing the offshore sector. We have no peers to quality, time in delivery, ambition, dedication and the future.
The second all undercover ship factory vision by James Venus who around the same time was laying out the conventional high volume, multi external dry dock Hyundai yard at Ulsan in South Korea. Being under cover, New Pallion is not affected by weather. When completed in the mid 1970s, it was the World's largest all undercover shipyard, or ship factory. Other Countries have adopted this all under cover compact shipyard factory layout since then. To build a similar facility like the New Pallion ship factory in the UK today will cost from 200 million to 250 million pounds. This is a priceless facility and it exists here, in the UK!
We can operate around the clock to meet clients needs for fast turn around. With great support from Sunderland Council that understands the need for a more balanced local economy, we use green stored energy, so carrying out undercover night time work helps to shorten a project delivery time as well as energy for operating other systems in the shipyard is very green. The New road system around the ship factory services even more so for deliveries and access to our facility and we thank the council for this vision which is part of our sustainability policy.
The new project by the Sunderland Council and it's partners are helping us in dredging the river building bridges as high as the first main bridges built in Sunderland, thus helping a more balanced economy and giving opportunity to all ambitions and visions.
We are a new marine service that is multi user, multi ability/function in the maritime sector focusing on servicing, refits, conversions, maintenance renewables and shipbuilding projects if required, using the latest hi-tech advanced manufacturing. Pallion ship factory has not yet fullfilled it's future potential and it's best is to come with history to make. Ready to "level up" and help bring the UK back to a respectable size in the maritime sector, part of the national industrial strategy and national industrial shipbuilding strategy for building all the ships the UK needs and further a field for non UK operator's and large UK and international markets.
