Skills Base
The skill base will be a mix of highly talented people and academia. An oncoming intake of apprentices that cover every field of of the maritime sector. For too long the UK has not addressed the issue of training much needed skills. We can start addressing this important issue.
Part of our sustainability policy will be the welfare and continuous training of people in New methods and technology which retains top practices and quality along with reducing ourselves, client partners and overral carbon footprint. The training is not up-skilling, but diff skilling as our people are already highly skilled in all areas.
